Lincolns Lawyers & Consultants is currently looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant / Marketing Assistant to work on a full-time basis or a part-time basis. Established over 29 years ago, Lincolns Lawyers & Consultants is a commercial law firm located in the CBD with over 12 solicitors and a team of Support Staff.
Your Main Responsibilities will include:
- Providing ongoing support to the Legal Team
- Arrange and manage appointments
- Manage and answer all inbound calls
- General administrative duties, including preparing company and client billing, filing, and opening and closing files
- Marketing the Firm’s services online and keeping its online listings up to date
- Digital Activities (create social media post, content creation and website updates)
- Campaign creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Branding and communication to drive growth and outreach.
Successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency working with Microsoft suite
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
- Ability to work autonomously
